Commercial Renovation

 AJ Bright is a general contractor with a wide scope of expertise. As such, we’re able to take on unique projects, like that of Tetrad Brewery. For this commercial renovation project, we reconstructed a pre-existing building into what’s now a popular microbrewery and taproom. Due to the unique nature of a microbrewery, this project consisted of not only demolition, sitework, addition of a concrete patio, masonry, window installation, metal studs, drywall, insulation, ceilings, cabinetry and countertops, barn wood treatments, trench drains, painting, floor covering, floor coatings, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, fire alarm, and fire protection, but also the installation of coolers for kegs and the installation additional brewery equipment and the bar itself. Tetrad Brewing Co. is a small-batch craft brewery that thrives off of their own classic beers, made with a modern twist. With their beautiful shaded patio and plentiful game options, this family (and dog) friendly taproom is a great place for Greenville locals and visitors alike to kick back and relax.
