Design & Build

Our team at AJ Bright was brought on for the development of a new 4,000-square-foot retail building for Shoppes at ACE in Moore, SC.

It was important that we built the structure to meet all shell building standards. After carefully designing and constructing the building itself, we then worked on the exterior which included both brick and colored split-face CMU. We also insulated using EIFS (Exterior Insulation and Finish Systems) which allows for greater design flexibility. Finally, we constructed the storefronts, along with several beautiful red architectural canopies.
