Construction Manager

 Demo approximately 500,000 SF of existing single ply roof system. Installed new 80 mil Solar Ready TPO roof system. Responsibilities included coordination with the Architect in design phase, pre-construction bidding, creation of the project budget, construction schedule, and reporting. Managed the work of the subcontractors for compliance with design documents, schedule, and safety policy. Multiple Project Areas completed between 2011-2015.

• Demolition of existing ballasted EPDM roof
• Replacement of rusted steel roof decking
• 500,000 SF of new fully adhered 80 mil TPO Solar Ready Roof System with Dens Deck Cover Board and 3” Polyisocyanurate Insulation
  
• Roof was replaced in sections only large enough that they could be sealed water tight at the end of each work day
