 As a high-level general contractor, AJ Bright readily takes on a wide-array of project types. Half-Moon Outfitters was a commercial construction project for an experimental retail space by which several businesses would share one building and parking lot. For this project, we converted a pre-existing 14,000 sq ft. building, previously an auto parts shop, into multiple retail spaces. Of this space, Half-Moon Outfitters occupies 10,000 sq ft. This extensive project entailed demolition, earthwork, site utilities, asphalt paving, curb and gutter repair, the addition of concrete sidewalks and patios, brick masonry, new walls and ceilings, architectural metal siding, finishes, plumbing, HVAC, fire protection, and electrical. Since the mid-90s, Half-Moon Outfitters, has been in Greenville selling outdoor apparel, footwear, and hiking equipment. With seven additional locations throughout South Carolina and Georgia, we’re proud to have renovated this local staple’s beautiful new “home”.
