Project included new men’s and women’s handicap accessible restrooms for the softball fields, electrical room, and utility & maintenance space. Scope of work included: asbestos abatement, demolition of the existing building, concrete, colored split face CMU walls, architectural standing seem roof, epoxy floor coating, finishes, plumbing, HVAC, and electrical.
