Commercial Project
We had the privilege of upfitting a new Pizza Hut location in Spartanburg, SC. The scope of this project included a full commercial kitchen, drive thru, carry-out service area, office, industrial cooler/freezer, and restrooms. We also worked closely with the corporate manager to coordinate the installation of all owner-supplied equipment.
Due to the nature of this project, we were meticulous in ensuring that all phases of construction were compliant with any necessary regulations throughout.
Our work started by upfitting a building shell with a leave-out slab. We then installed all plumbing and piping, poured the slab, and finally built the walls. After this was all complete, we moved onto the installation of the heavy-duty HVAC equipment, and finally installed all finishes.
With the project complete, the residents of Spartanburg can now enjoy their beloved Pizza Hut in this beautiful new space.
