UniFirst Retaining Wall Project
General Contractor – Project included sitework, demolition, concrete block retaining wall, and landscaping. Responsibilities included coordination with the Engineer in design phase, pre-construction bidding on the owner’s behalf, creation of subcontract documents, project budget, and construction schedule. Managed the work of the subcontractors for compliance with design documents, schedule, and safety policy. Project completion expected late 2012.
