Renovation of an existing building to create a microbrewery and taproom.  Scope of work includes:  demolition, sitework, concrete patio, masonry, windows, metal studs, drywall, insulation, ceilings, cabinetry and countertops, barn wood treatments, trench drains, cooler for kegs, painting, floor covering, floor coatings, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, fire alarm, fire protection, bar installation, and installation of brewery equipment.
