 AJ Bright had the privilege of utilizing our diverse general contractor portfolio to renovate an existing processing facility for Vicario Artisanal Liqueurs & Spirits. This family-owned micro-distillery is centered around preserving ancient Italian traditions with the aim of keeping the spirit of Italian spirits alive. This was a particularly unique project as we were outfitting the space to hold specialty stainless steel tanks purchased and shipped directly from Italy. Once installed, they were then closely inspected by an expert who actually flew in from Italy to ensure they were up and running properly. After replacing roll up doors and installing a new highly efficient drainage system, Vicario is ready to entertain guests in the newly renovated processing facility.With such a refined process to be upheld, we're thankful that our reputation has given Vicario the confidence to trust in our commitment to managing this unique project with the necessary respect and attention to detail it required.
