 $15,000,000 Renovation of Existing Industrial Plant. Project included a new 13,000 sf mezzanine for office space, a 13,000 sf material testing laboratory, relocation of existing equipment, new electrical transformer, new chiller, and new mechanical units to serve the new spaces. Responsible for overseeing the work of the General Contractor. Project completed 2010.
